Catching Wind

It is late afternoon. The breeze is picking up, and gray clouds cover the horizon. Rain, strong rains are coming.

The wind of God's Spirit was also strongly blowing during today's training. We heavily utilized three of the Ugandans we trained. They were excellent! Beyond just guiding people through the material, the trainers made it their own. They understood, illustrated, and contextualized it. Attendees were laughing, moaning in agreement or voicing "ahminah" (amen). I felt like a grateful parent, rightly proud when your adult children do well on their own. I am celebrating the abilities of Simon, John, and Joseph.

Wednesday we make the 6 hour drive from Mbale, through Kampala, to Entebbe. My training partner flies out of Entebbe Wednesday evening. I overnight Wednesday night near the airport. Then Thursday I fly on 2 RwandaAir flights to get to Accra, Ghana.

Grateful for you flexing your prayer muscles for me on this journey.

Signing off from Mbale.
