Pastoral Transition Update:

The Pastor Search team has conducted onsite interviews for candidates for our Lead Pastor position.  The team is now conducting reference checks and additional interviews.

Please pray for the following as we continue to seek the Lord in determining who it is that He is calling to be the next Lead Pastor at New Life Church:

1. Pray for wisdom and discernment for the search team as we continue to determine who it is that God is leading to New Life.

2. Pray for the candidates and their wives.  Pray that God will make their paths clear as He speaks into their journeys.

3. For our NLC family, pray for your role in the future of New Life. What expectations do you have on a new pastor? Do you need to set aside any expectations on this man as we continue to seek the Lord in reaching our community for Christ?

The Pastor Search team is actively interviewing candidates for our Lead Pastor position. The next step is to decide which of these godly men we will move to the second round of the interview process.
